A native of Detroit, Dave has always had a love for music. He studied music at Adrian College (and met his wife Brooke there, which resulted in him relocating to Lenawee County permanently), but his real experience has been the wide-range of involvements in music and ministry. He has been a Music Minister, Minister of Music, Director of Music Ministries, or simply Music Director for over 25 years, including originating the position of Music Minister at Lutheran Church of the Lakes from 1995-2004. He has been a part of nearly 150 musical theatre productions. He was the principle keyboardist, vocalist and composer for the contemporary Christian band Destiny for 17 years. His experiences have also taken him into positions with the Adrian College Music Department, and the Tecumseh Public Schools choral program.
